Hydrated lime is produced through adding water into quicklime. The reaction is exothermic and thus the process will generate heat. By controlling the hydration rate and proper quicklime selection, different properties of hydrated lime could be produced for different applications.

Hydrated lime produced is supplied in bulk using tanker delivery to our customers in order to save on labour and handling costs. Apart from bulk supply, our quicklime and hydrated lime are packed in various packaging sizes ranging from 25kg to 1,000kg bulk bag for distribution.
